If you would like to expand your monthly call capacity and pay-as-you-go for minutes and SMS, you can enable Twilio integration under your Callback Tracker account. 


Please note that in this case, you will be responsible for Twilio per-minute charges based on your country and region. 


There are 4 important steps to complete:


  1. Create Twilio account using this link
    If you already have a Twilio account - you can connect it at the next step.
  2. Connect - login to your Callback Tracker account and navigate to the Integrations menu on the left-hand side and, find Twilio tab and click Connect button.
  3. Get Twilio number - click Search and select the desired number. This number is needed for SMS notifications from your account. 
  4. Verify Caller ID - navigate to Product & Services / Callback Widget / Websites / Caller ID and verify the number that you would like to use a Caller ID (displayed number). It can be your business phone number that you are using for business cards, websites, and advertisement or Twilio number from Step 3.

On the next screen - click Allow button.



Step 3

Get Twilio number - click Search and select the desired number. 



Review search results and select the number that works best for you. 



Step 4

Verify Caller ID - navigate to Product & Services / Callback Widget / Websites / Caller ID and verify the number that you would like to use a Caller ID (displayed number). It can be your business phone number that you are using for business cards, websites, and advertisement or Twilio number from Step 3.



After you verified your Caller ID you can select Display Rules, navigate to:
Products & Settings / Callback Widget / Websites / Widget Settings - Caller ID



You will see Connected status under Integrations Menu if you enabled Twilio integration successfully.
