Widget Tabs help you add or remove communication channels to your Widget.

Currently, we have 5 channels available: Callback, Live Chat, SMS, Email and WhatsApp.


Your communication channels displayed at the bottom of your widget and Widget Tabs settings control which channels displayed on your widget. You can disable channels that you don't need and enable those that you use the most.
